Hello everybody! Hope you guys had a great weekend cause I did. So on Wednesday I went to this BBQ and Yvonne and Lisa talked about girl talk,celebrity news and etc.
So my niece had many kinds of gossip magazines so I started to browse through them. Everytime I read a magazine and see a super thin celebrity and how sexy they appear, the decision about getting in shape starts to get me happy into my head.
So I went online on Saturday and started to learn how to try to lose weight. I was never disciplined enough to follow through on any diet so I absolutely knew I had to find the perfect diet for me. That's when I came across this diet site called EasyDietReviews. I spent a good hour or so on on there just browsing through the different diets available.
So finally after a bit, I knew the diet program that works best for me was those meal-based diet plans. There were a few that I was considering but Nutrisystem, or Medifast or eDiets Deliciously Yours since those were the ones that seem to be the most popular. Other cool diets such as Weight Watchers,Fat Loss 4 Idiots were tempting but I had already made up my mind.
So here I go! I ordered a month worth of food from them so I'm hoping it'll work out and I'll be shopping for new wardrobe!
